Our Story
Over time, Tupac has become a meeting point for friends, neighbours and travellers, a space where the energy of Berlin meets the warmth and richness of Latin America.
Our drinks list brings together natural wines, classic cocktails and Latin‑inspired creations. We like wines with character, stories and a sense of place, chosen to complement the dishes and to invite discovery.
The Founders
The project was founded by David Raphael Pollack (owner), originally from San Francisco. He grew up in the restaurant industry, sang in hardcore punk bands, and currently runs the international music booking agency Destiny Tourbooking.
And by Ariel Peralta (chef and concept developer), a Peruvian chef with experience in some of the most acclaimed kitchens in Latin America, including Central, widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in the world. He is currently resident chef and also runs his own gastronomic consultancy.
Together, they shape a concept that brings together Latin American food, music, and culture in a single experience.
